Leaders of the Kiingdom

Tim genuinely cares about other people. He has a true Pastor’s heart and has done a great job as Pastor of Santa Fe Family Worship Center. At the same time, he has been actively employed at a local school as a Coach. Tim is able to relate to people of all ages. He is a positive leader and a visionary.

Tim has integrity, his whole life is integrated with his core belief system. Tim is steady and helps others pace their progress without being pushy. He understands the idea of servant leadership and is more concerned with helping other people improve than with being a boss. Tim is not a quitter; he perseveres through good and bad times while encouraging others to do the same.

I have been so blessed by Dr. Gregory's teaching and mentoring on the subjects of Kingdom Leaders, Kingdom Warfare, Kingdom Wealth, Pastoral Leadership, and The Great Commission. The courses helped me to have a kingdom mindset and see beyond the four walls of the church, impacting society. The mentoring also helped enlarge my vision to fulfill the great commission of our Lord Jesus Christ. Since I was taught and mentored, I’ve seen amazing breakthrough in church unity for God’s kingdom, supernatural provision of local churches, revival, and shifting in national leadership in Cambodia.

I met Tim several years ago when he brought a team from his church on a mission trip to Guatemala. He has returned to Guatemala several times with various groups to conduct a variety of ministry endeavors here. These activities include preaching in local churches, teaching pastors and leaders, one-on-one witnessing in primitive villages, and conducting children’s outreaches. During this time I have had the opportunity to observe both his effectiveness in teaching and his impeccable character.

One particular event was a conference for pastors conducted here in Santa Elena, Guatemala. Not only was Tim’s teaching excellent and incredibly beneficial to all the pastors, but his answers to questions which he fielded afterwards reflected his considerable knowledge and experience.

Tim also has an ability to adapt to changing circumstances to produce beneficial results. This was evident to me during several of our ministry activities where unexpected events unfolded. (It’s part of what makes missions work so interesting). Tim has always been up to the challenge.

Along with his undeniable talent, Tim has been a joy to work with. He always manages to foster positive discussion and bring the best out in others. His input has always been a valuable asset.

Not by chance, but by the Grace of God I was privileged to serve as a translator for Pastor Tim Gregory three times in row in 2017, 2018, 2019. Those times were eye-opening events for me to better understand the Kingdom of God. I still remembered those subjects as if they were yesterday: Kingdom Warfare, Kingdom Wealth, and Transformational Pastoral Leaders. Thank you pastor Tim for sharing these timeless truths.
